Our meals are often too abundant and consist of an incorrect ratio of macronutrients. Nutrition planning according to the healthy plate model is an extremely simple and practical method. It can be used every day, anywhere and for every meal of the day. With the help of food and hand models, we can illustrate the portion size that people often overestimate in practice, and with six simple steps of assembling a plate we ensure the correct ratio of nutrients.
